Buffalo Pound Provincial Park

Tucked into the Qu'Appelle Valley just 20 minutes northeast of Moose Jaw, Buffalo Pound Provincial Park combines accessible prairie scenery with genuine recreational variety. The park takes its name from a traditional Indigenous buffalo hunting technique used along this stretch of valley, and the area's ecological richness is still evident in the wildlife, wetlands, and glacially carved terrain.
